CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you have to cancel 24 hours or more prior to your appointment time , if you cancel within the 24 hours, you will be charged %100 of your appointment costs and your deposit will not be refunded. If I personally reschedule your appointment and it is within 24 hours of your appointment time, you must show up to the rescheduled appointment or you will be charged %100 of both appointments costs and your deposit will not be refunded. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will need to reschedule and will be charged %100 of your appointment costs and your deposit will not be refunded. I’m 100% closed on Sundays and Mondays and will not receive client messages, if your appointment is on a Tuesday you must cancel by Saturday , if you cancel on Sunday or Monday you will be charged %100 of your appointment costs and your deposit will not be refunded. Before/After hours fees and Holiday fees are automatically added to the cost of your appointment. Pricing is subject to change without notice. No boyfriends, no best friends, no kids, no pets.
